Due to both international health policies and the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items and all sales are final.
We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this instance, please contact email@example.com for immediate assistance quoting your order # (or in the case of the Monthly Underwear Club) your username. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Notification received after 60 days of the delivery distribution will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
Missing Order Policy
Once shipped, orders are approximately delivered as follows:
If you have not received a delivery within the above time frames, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund or replacement. Notifications of missing orders received after 60 days from shipping will be replaced at our discretion.
Please Note: Monthly Underwear Club members are encouraged to make updates to their mailing address and size/style preferences in a timely manner. These updates need to be made or requested more than 7 days prior to the member’s monthly processing date. The processing date is based on the date your joined the club. For example, if you joined on January 13th, your processing date would be on the 13th of every month and you would need to update your profile before the 6th of the month for any changes to be processed accordingly.
