Underwear Club members should now be receiving their first package. This first month passed was really amazing to be part of, we really appreciate all the support and feedback you have all provided to help make this something amazing. In the coming months we’ll be working to give you more personalization with the underwear so you receive underwear you really love. We also wanted to give you some information about the brand and hopefully you can share with the community your feedback about the style of underwear you received. If you haven’t yet received your first underwear package, we’re really sorry about the unexpected delays, all underwear has been sent and it hopefully won’t be too much longer.
Delivery Issues
Most people don’t realise we’re down-underwear in Australia, which is where the first batch of underwear deliveries was sent from. We’ve found that many parcels are being held up in customs which is out of our control, particularly in the US which has very stringent security. This has delayed some people from receiving their first package in a speedy manner and it can take 3 weeks to receive them. We have a fantastic solution for this months Underwear…
Announcing US fulfillment
For our customers who live in Canada and the USA, all our underwear for this month will be sent domestically in the US. Using USPS First Class Mail, most packages will be delivered in less than a week which should make many of you happy. We’ve really appreciated your feedback and as the club grows we’ll be able to deliver even better service.
