A refreshing insight by an experienced photographer who makes use of his skill to capture moments by real men within an everyday environment. Domenico made the wise decision not to use real models, and instead found a group of guys through newspaper ads and on the street.  The sporty look of the book gives an insight into the locker-room antics of real men.  Photographed at an old Roman Boxing hall, the guys have real personality, real bodies and the style of photographs leave little yet everything to the imagination… you can make the storyline.  Featuring the locker room, gym, and of course the showers.

Chapter two ‘catches moments of the everyday life shared by friends’.  The playful nature of the bedroom/kitchen/sofa and bathroom scenes will entertain you whilst admiring the simple pleasures which make people happy.

About the Author
Domenico Cennamo was born in Naples, Italy, and grew up in Rome. He started drawing at an early age and studied at the art college in Rome. Working as a booker in a model agency, he realized that he had his very own ideas about how to photograph the models— and without further ado he decided to become a photographer. His pictures were published worldwide in fashion magazines such as L’Officiel, Hommes, Pref mag, Mate and Zero.

‘The strength of Cennamo’s pictures is that they do not create an illusion,
no trendy, polished high gloss happiness, which leaves nothing but a flat
aftertaste. Instead of that they rather impress with their authenticy and
their natural beauty. You can clearly say that Cennamo’s models—who by
the way are all non-professional—meet at eye level with the
photographer. BEFORE THE GAME is an impressive first work by a talented
artist. We surely do hope for more to come.’

Cocksox is a brand we’ve featured many times, you’ve probably seen the hot photography or strange looking pouch briefs. We’ve got our pair and we can tell you that there is nothing strange about these beauties.

Cocksox is not just another underwear brand from down-under, they have really thought about what men want and need and come up with a range to satisfy anyone’s taste for underwear.

Cocksox have been designed around a unique enhancing pouch which gives you more room at the front, whilst making your package appear bigger without any padding or slings. The full range brand has all the usual culprits (briefs, jocks, trunks, swimmers ect) but they have also got a few extras such as briefs without waistbands, and a great range of colors too.  The super soft cotton/spandex fabric feels great and a great investment for your top-drawer. There’s also some kinky underwear made from mesh in a number of designs for those who like it a little more exciting.

Our favorites are the briefs with waistband, jocks and water-sports swim briefs.

2eros is a hot future inspired range (think Kylie Minogue fused with high fashion design). 2eros is relatively new and has only been around for over a year. This range is a little more expensive but the sexy cuts, fabrics and design really show.  2eros has 3 key categories of underwear, swimwear and shorts and a number of items as part of the range.

The underwear comes in brief or trunk in a few bright colors like hot pink, sky blue and grey/white. The cut is really flattering and makes your package look just like the photo …almost. It’s got a great pouch design however we found the sizing to be a little small so if you’re a medium go for a large.

The swimwear is great, basic cuts with metallic ‘V’ prints on the front and back. The shorts are a hot design and can be worn at the gym, parties, beach or pool. They feature a mesh lining and are made from a  quick-dry material. Be warned they are really short as you can see.

Our favorites are the underwear briefs and shorts.

Below the Belt is the new company label of Australian online retailer, BelowtheBelt.com.au. After selling underwear and clothing for 5 years they created an everyday basics range due to customer requests. We’ve got our package and after trying them on we’re convinced that work was put into this range.

Firstly, the cotton is super soft, hasn’t lost it’s shape after a number of washes and actually has generous room in the front. The pouch is featured in both the low-rise brief and low-rise trunk. If you’re used to wearing 2xist or c-in2, in our opinion, this compares. The tanks are great and perfect for the gym.

The pricing is reasonable and affordable, especially for a designer brand.

Aussiebum have become a cult brand and easily the most famous Australian underwear and swimwear brand. Since being founded by Sean Ashby and Guyon Holland years ago, the brand has had a meteoric rise to brand stardom. You can buy the range online from their website which features the Wonderjock, Storm and Loose varieties amongst others.
