And no, I don’t believe that Nick Bracks should wax his legs. Plenty of underwear models have smooth, hairless legs. Maybe the market demands some men with actual hair on their legs. Besides, don’t the hairy legs kind of heighten the masculinity? Not all people who buy underwear want models without hair on their legs to wear them.

@ HmmmCurious. Being son of former Victorian Premier – Steve Bracks – would mean that Nick is Australian Lebanese, by descent.
But Nick is not a “new Australian” – he’s fourth generation: Nick’s paternal great-grandfather came to Australia in the 1890′s. Which probably makes him more “Australian” than many of these mythical “blonde-ish white” ideals you seem to hold so dear. And really – if we go just a little further back than Nick’s ancestor’s arrival, all Australians had black hair, black eyes AND black skin. So I’d say your “real Australian” image is a myth.
And really, if Nick is an example of what a multicultural society does for the Australian eye-candy landscape? Bring it on, I say!
